Surgeon PSR Muzzle Brake

I'm wanting to know how well a Surgeon PSR Suppressor Mount works as a brake without a Suppressor. Anyone have experience with this?

They work ok, probably better options available for brakes.

Works very well, as well as most of the other brakes out there. Personally, I can't tell a difference between them. I'm using a SilCo ASR brake on my AT's bbls as it works with my SilCo suppressor.
