Ok so when your done being a douche.... and look at what you sent... ok the first one. states That silencers ARE legal is some states... The second if to a FORUM where someone says there NOT legal on any weapon in the US.. Now if In the forum no one asked the question than you would not have been able to send the link... Now answer me this.. Most sites are out of date.. YES? or not updated quickly enough..... SharkBait, Some guys around here have more time to be dicks then to be helpful. And ive never found the search feature on this site or many others to be of great value. That being said its best to always try. I did some quick research on it and everything ive found indicates that it is perfectly legal so long as you go through the right channels. I live in Missouri and am just starting the process of getting one myself. Must have a C&R license, fill out and submit a form 4 and pay a $200 tax stamp on top of that. FYI, fake silencers are not illegal. Hope this helps!

Get a fake can from www.tacticalinc.com and save yourself a boatload of cash and paperwork. Buy some SS rounds they aren't very loud to begin with.. just my $0.02

A fake can isn't TV quiet. It can add weight, which can be a benefit, and I sometimes use one for a thread protector when the can isn't on, but overall they're dorky.
