Swaro CL Companion 8x30?

Anyone have a pair of these and could comment on them? I'm looking to make my first bino purchase and these seem like the ticket. I'm looking for a good general purpose binocular. They will be used mostly for hunting and hiking/wildlife observation. My budget is under $1000 if you have anything else you could recommend.

bill- they are a great set of bions for the cost. great color fidelity, contrast is great for a 30mm bino, and exellent clarity. They are compact, light weight, and the rubber body covering makes them feel great in the hand. they are my go to pair if i'm doing a lot of moving.

I carry a pair of these in my truck. I think they get used more than any other bino's I have.
