I have a 21 year old pair of 8x30 Swarovski Habicht SLC binoculars. Through the years of use, the original rubber front and rear caps have cracked and broken. I emailed Swarovski USA's service department to ask if I could buy a set of replacements. I didn't have high hopes that they would have the parts because this model of Swarovski probably hasn't been made in over 10 years. To my surprise, Michael in the Swarovski Optik North America Sales/Customer Service department emailed back and said they had the parts and what was my address and the serial number of my binoculars. A few days later I got new caps in the mail free of charge. That is absolutely outstanding service!!
