Swept Bolt Handle Adapter Surgeon/Bighorn/Defiance Elite

I previously found a part that duplicated a swept bolt handle for these actions. It was just an extension with a bend in it, and a threaded end (5/16-24) that allowed any normal Remington style handle to be used. It was made by one of the custom houses (SAC, APA, etc) I can’t seem to find it anymore, could someone point me in the right direction?

Last I found it, I was looking for a Bighorn, but I believe the product was for a Surgeon. This is for a Defiance Elite.
