Just curious how this works out at 50 yards?

Looking for a scope I can use from around 50 out to about 200 yards. My range is setup with a few near targets and some intermediate targets stepping out to 100 yards. I'm going to be putting a few more out at 125, 150 and 200 now that I picked up a .223 700 and I'm looking for a scope that will let me still engage the 50 yard target..

Yes it will work fine. That's why I recommended it at AR15.com. The parallax will adjust down to 10 meters according to SWFA.

Ah, but you didn't say that at Arf.com..

I appreciate the reply.

I am pretty sure this is the scope I'm going to go with, but don't want to be disappointed. I'd like to jump up to a $600ish dollar scope eventually and move whatever I pick up for the SPS to a .22. I just don't have the funds for that ATM and I'd like to get something on it to shoot for a little while.

How would you stack it up against say a Weaver 6-24X42?
