I have a 3-15x that the reticle has rotated inside the tube. I bought it new about 3 years ago. Would it be covered?

My guess is yes. Years back, I had a fixed 20x that I had purchased on a forum.
The internals went south, so I sent it back and they sent me a brand new one. I have zero idea on how old it was.

I'm sure it is. I think they have lifetime warranties.
They're pretty good folks over there. I used to know the sales manager, Dillon Hazelwood, in a random meeting on a diesel forum about 5 years ago. No idea if he still works there or not, but he got me some smoking deals back then. It wouldn't hurt to call and ask for him, he might still work there. If he does, he should be able to help you out.
