Rifle Scopes switched optics on AR15

I just got a leupold mark 4 1-3x14 CQ/T which I am going to switch out with my aimpoint. I wanted something with some magnification and something that can pick out targets quickly. I haven't been to the range yet...but I think I'm going to like this over the aimpoint. Anyone else use these...any comments?

a buddy of mine has one on a 6.8 and loves it, it seems to be pretty durable, and i like the fact that the reticle is etched into the glass so if the battery were to die, the reticle would still be usable unlike the Eotech and Aimpoint. If the battery dies on either of them, its just a nice tube with glass or window to look through
