Night Vision SWR Radius Battery compartment fix

Who has a fix for the battery compartment? I hate spending 10 minutes to seal the compartment.

A touch of Sil glide or grease goes a long way to make that pain free

It's not great but it's also pretty far from terrible. Apparently, I just got used to it. I'll gladly do an extra 5ish seconds when changing batteries vs. spending $3-7k more on a high end Wilcox.

Dont get me wrong, I love it. I just trying to find a fix. Almost thinking about making a part with a 3d printer.

i push mine as closed as i can get it then put 2 zip ties around it. hate trying to range in the dark and feel around and find its open and lost the batteries

The Velcro wraps for cords might give you an easier on/off than the zip tie
