I just purchased a Encore pro hunter, 20 inch, 375 H&H barrel. I'm looking for an accurate hand load for hunting elk or moose. This barrel does have a muzzle brake and is NOT a Katadin series barrel. I wondered what load is working for others so I don't have to reinvent the wheel. The previous owner used a 260 grain Nosler accubond, with 71.5 grains of RL 15 and said it was a decent round but he had not tried to fine tune it.
