What do you guys think about the Thompson/Center dimension? Thinking about getting one in .308 and then getting a 30-06 barrel.

Thompsons are good guns.
Several of the guys I shoot with have them because they can change the calibers around.
They are quite accurate, and they seem to be reliable.

I have had limited time behind a Dimension in 22-250. Although the gun looks funky it felt good and shot very well for an out of the box rifle. I am a little confused as to why you would want a 308 and 30-06 barrel. Those two are pretty close IMHO. I would go 308 and a 30 WM if it were me.

Yeah, i think they are pretty close also, but my dad love the -06 and i love the .308. I want a gun we can both shoot. Im thinking .308, -06, and .270 or 300 wm
