T2k Tubular Forend ACRA Options

Hi All

I have a Tubb T2k that I want to fit an ARCA rail to for mounting on a tripod. The Tubb has a 2 1/4" dia aluminium tubular forend and has a Anschutz rail sized slot along the 6 o'clock position that is 10 1/2" long. What are the available rail options out there?

A lot of the custom fit rails are super nice....but for the most part, an Arca rail is an Arca rail. A few thou difference here or there will not matter; your QD clamp will tighten down on it. I dont think tensile strength is the real discriminator here.

A slew of them on Amazon....from 3-16 inches. Some quality fasteners and you can bolt them to just about any stock/chassis. And cheap enough to make you go a little rail crazy---I have quite the Rube Goldberg "thing" so I can at attach a Magnetospeed to the arca rail on various rifles without touching the barrel.

Just a thought.
