Where is the best place to pick one of these up with a flush cup? TAB directly or another vendor?

Personally- I'd ask TAB first- I've only had to reach out to their customer service once honestly but I got a quick answer from them and don't have any complaints. If TAB doesn't have a solution for you in their product line, I'd be inclined to believe they'd still point you in the right direction if for no other reason to make sure you're being taken care of/supported.
