I had the opportunity to use one of these at the Mesquite Creek comp this past weekend and it did not let me down. The quick adjust feature made it easy to sling the rifle securely and climb the ladder during the tower stage. I was also able to cinch the rifle down across my back and haul ass to the pistol portion of one stage without worrying about the rifle bouncing around. The sling also allowed me to make quick adjustments during positional shooting.
I am not a LE or military sniper, but I think you guys who are would benefit from the sling especially when having to climb to a shooting position or run. It also would allow the rifle to be slung securely across your body anytime you need both hands for something else.
