Tactical Matches and travel

To those of you who fly to matches, how do you transport your equipment? I assume that your rifle and scope can be packed in a Pelican case or something similar. What about your other equipment? Do you just put it in a suitcase? I have always wondered about this. Are there any issues with the airlines regarding ammo and such? Thank you.

Pretty much what Here2Learn said. Gun, mags, suppressor, bipod in a Pelican/Storm case and everything else in a checked bag with my clothes. Most airlines have an 11lb limit on ammo, but I'm really not sure they even check.
