tactical shooting

i am starting to get into shooting tactical style matches. im not sure what i need for eqiuptment. i have my rifle setup. im looking for information on gear for shooting the matches them selves. such as mats, pads, ammo pouches, mags and so on.

are there any good videos that show match shooting?
is there an area where pictures are posted?

I use a small Camelbak, in it I carry 3 ten round mags and 1 five rounder for my rifle, there loaded and 60 rounds in FGGM plastic ammo carriers, Kestral 4000, Mildot Master, Lense Pen, and Density Atitude cards for my come ups, small snack, small note pad and pencil, and if its hot out the bladder is half full. On my belt is my holester\pistol, 3 pistol mags, and dump pouch, I wear Mechanix gloves with the trigger fingers cut off, and elbow\knee pads. Get your gear on before the match and ensure you can sling your rifle muzzle down bolt back across your chest for hands free movement between stages. I didn't list a LRF because some times there not allowed, shooting mats are not needed at all, just carry what is is needed and nothing else, weather is always a factor, hot cold wet dry, plan accordingly. Look in the Competition Section for AAR and pics.

A good quality data book will be a big help as well as a great learning tool. We also offer Kestrels, Mildot masters, RNR pens, RNR notebooks, FDACS and all the others tools you will need they are located in our Tools section of our website.
