I jus bought my daughter a Tagua holster for the new glock 19 she got for x-mas however this thing is way to tight. This particular holster is for range use so it is not equipped with a button strap. But there is just to much retention. Is there an easy way of loosing the leather up a bit

Try the plastic bag trick. Place the unloaded pistol inside a plastic bag (like the one the holster came in) and then holster the pistol for a few days. It usually helps. I wouldn't worry about tightness issues with the Tagua for too long. Soon you may be complaining about it being too loose.

thanks for the tip.

This is a range holster only.. She is only 16 so she wont be carrying any time soon.

Now I need to find a decent holster of a glock 29 I have a feeling I will have to order one. this would be for my 14yo son
