Rifle Scopes Tango 6 44mm sun shade.

Does anyone know a sunshade that will fit this scope? Sig Tango 6 3-18x44mm Gen2.

Sig makes one specifically for it.

I contacted SIG last week, I haven't heard from them yet. I can't find it on their sight.

I sent them an email last week about getting some missing items (including a sunshade), I got a response on Monday and I recieved a tracking number Thursday.

I used the [email protected] address. A guy by the name Justin was my contact. Maybe give it a couple more days. Did you order yours from opticsplanet.com? Mine was a demo with just the scope and manual.

I did. I have been arguing with them, over the part of the item description listed below. They said "these things are not guaranteed with a demo scope."

I said NO, they are listed in the item description.

They replied told me Sig would probably require me to call, and reiterated that the items listed under "included accessories" in the description were not guaranteed to be included. ? ? ? Those ass holes are like Wal-Mart, I only buy something them if its stupid cheep.

I responded that, "no reasonable person would read their item description and not expect those things listed to not be included." And asked if it was a false advertisement.

That was my assumption as well. But i was just happy to get to notice for that price. I didn't mention where I ordered the optic from, I just asked if the missing items were available. They offered to assist.
I really don't like dealing with OP, but sometimes it just can't be helped. I picked up my MPA BA Comp chassis for $750 new, but it took 6 months to recieve it. And this optic was too good to pass up. This is my first SIG optic and aside from the turrets, I'm impressed. The glass is very good and the reticle is decent. Hopefully it all works out. If nothing else, send another email next week.

Got in on that deal as well. Only got a scope and a box. Was irked at first but then I remembered I was dealing with Optics planet and remembered it’s to be expected.

That was my initial reaction as well. But it was too good to pass up, even if no accessories were included or available.

That’s how I felt. Outside of the turrets, I’m impressed so far.

I feel somewhat the same, but at the same time. I didn't make their add. If they are not going to give me what was advertised, I am going to make them work at it. LOL.

The sunshade isn't on their list, so I was looking else where.
