To think, sig started these scopes at 2299-2499 working like hell, to get 1/3 that, IMO it competes with vortex passes Leupold, and a number of others. What am I missing, Really what beats this for the money? Would appreciate any and all feedback. Tks Fatdaddy
They are nice scopes. I do like them. Have pretty decent glass. One of my dislikes is the turrets are a little mushy. I have one still. I was cleaning the lenses with the same cleaner I’ve cleaned every scope with and the coating on the lens whipped off. I have heard of this happening to others as well. I got a hold of sig and the will not fix it because it does not affect function of the scope. Even wanting to pay for it to be fixed they would not fix it. Was a big turn off on buying there products. But at 875 it would be very hard to beat.
thank you , I have never heard of this before, Will forward your comments to sig !st thing in morning and will get names and answers to post here, Cant fathom, world wide company lens coatings being rubbed off by normal cleaning by you and a number of others , then saying life time warranty does not cover this . Tune in tomorrow for their reply. Can you give me some additional information? who u spoke with, when ? Anything that I can use to identify you with?
