Got A couple of Zeiss scopes i want to put target knobs on. Anyone know of a company that could do this. Zeiss turn around is about 5 months for this upgrade. Thanks.

Since when? I had a buddy that sent one in a few months back and had it back in about two weeks.
Zeiss would probably have to do the initial upgrade then you can get your custom turrets made. Having Zeiss install target turrets wasn't that expensive, about $50 apiece if I remember correctly.
Unless things have changed with Zeiss service since I sent mine in 5 months sounds like a long time. I have one I sent about 2 years ago to Zeiss in Virginia IIRC, it was back in a month with target knobs installed for $110.
