Maggie’s Target Scoring in Chinese Army Firing Range

Re: Target Scoring in Chinese Army Firing Range

What a retard! The fact that he seems affected by report tells me it's a bit of a fake . The shooter is just of camera I would suspect.

He could be reacting to the sonic crack as the bullet passes. I know when I work the butts at CFB Borden pulling targets, the crack is quite loud, makes me flinch every now and then.

Re: Target Scoring in Chinese Army Firing Range

One of the guys that shoot long range at Forbes club in Albany told me he showed up during the week, and found some police swat team shooting at 300 yds, with all targets up, and an idiot walking back and forth on the berm in FRONT of the targets with a long stick, pointing out the last holes in the targets!!

Re: Target Scoring in Chinese Army Firing Range

Hard to say for sure, but after pulling targets in the pits at Camp Perry the crack of those shots is quite loud. Even if we were about 6 feet below the targets and behind the concrete and earth mound. Dumb shit either way for that poor sap...

Re: Target Scoring in Chinese Army Firing Range

With about 2,285,000 in the military I guess they can afford to lose a few scoring personnel every now and then

Re: Target Scoring in Chinese Army Firing Range

Bet you there is no insubordination in that platoon.

"Private, you need to sweep and swab this area." "Why do I have to Sergeant?" ........ Here's your shovel....

Re: Target Scoring in Chinese Army Firing Range

Frankly,

I belive that he is being under punishment for some wrong doing in the line of duty,

seems like a rather bad method but still, guess if that is like the 5:th time the dude has a AD and nearly blows some ones head off, that might just be the "natural" recourse.

And yes, they do have a different opinion on life than at least i do.

First my uncles friends sister said your the guy holding shovel. See what happens when you repeat stupid s$&@. Second, I have trained with LEO's and did sniper school in NY. The entire course is based on albanys. Why, you ask? Because it works. Do they shoot movers? Yes, from behind cover. Don't embellish or allow others to embellish. If people believe the nonsense you repeated it can cause grief for guys you don't even know for something you did not see.

I've pulled targets on the 1,000 yard range at Quantico, and I wear ear muffs because the sonic crack is that loud.

Re: Target Scoring in Chinese Army Firing Range

About the Forbes Club incident---OK, maybe the guy was feeding me BS. My personally witnessed incident was at a NYC DEP facility, with 5 buildings, coming out of a building, and the DEP SWAT team is practicing their back street shuffle, sweeping the buildings with MP5s, and an M16. I look at the plastic mags, and there are LIVE ROUNDS in the mags. I says, Holy Shit, there are people working here! Don't worry the Sgt says, there is nothing in the chambers. Made me feel a lot better...I still went back in until they left.

Re: Target Scoring in Chinese Army Firing Range

I like how he uses the shovel handle multiple times showing the shooter what target he needs to aim at.

Not me stupid, this one. Points with shovel.

Re: Target Scoring in Chinese Army Firing Range

So thats why the enemy has so many people. They just clean out the gene pool by having them volunteer for things of this nature.

Yes, what are you going to do to that guy that he didn't see in training... hell atleast when he goes to battle he'll be able to shoot back.

So as a swat team practice with red guns until bad guys show? Is that the point your making? Is it a practice facility? Do you realize that DEP is NYPD ESU essenttially? They have a ton of officers with extra training to protect the water supply for a couple million people. At some point you have to say, enough airsoft. If you trust the guy to run into a mall, school, etc with the same equipment doing the same thing when everything is terrible but not when there is no threat just practicing movement. Believe it or not, snipers will point their rifles in the same diection as the team. Cover window before entry, call out info, make a shot with people downrange to stop a threat to save lives. Its "snipers" hide, not nancys knitting hour. If I break a shot in front of team, to stop a threat to save lives, did i violate a cardinal rule. Safe Direction Rule.

So while they are moving they pull the mags so you can see them?

Your story has more holes than Swiss. BULLSHIT has been called.

Ive pulled them at the Whittington Center when we were trainiing on the Barrett 50, and as you say, the sonic crack is QUITE loud.
