Looking at buying one or the other it will be my first one which one is the best or is there better

What’s your intended use? As long as your not looking to do mag dumps I suggest tbac. For the size and weight it’s hard to be beat. The lack of poi change and how repeatable that is i really value. The most important thing for me though is the customer service. I sent a email to them at 10pm hoping to get a response in the morning. They emailed me back within thirty minutes and solved my issues and explained what they could do once the shop was open. When you have a 8 month wait give or take the customer service is one of the most important things out there.

Going to use for Varmint hunting

Don’t know anything about the other one but my Ultra 9 is just plain sweet. I parked my 30-06 last year then put 1000+ rounds with my .308 through the Ultra. Pulled the 30-06 out this year for hunting season put the Ultra back on and the zero was exactly where it was, almost a year and 1000+ rounds ago.

I use a varminter 3.0 for hunting and it is a nice can. I don't think you can go wrong with either of those choices.
