Gunsmithing TC Icon trigger job

Has any one done a trigger job on an TC Icon?
Several people state that the trigger on there Icon is set at 3.5 pounds and can be set to less.Mine is 3 lbs 7 oz.but will not go to a lower setting.I would like to get it to about 2 lbs.

Same problem I've got! I do think it can be done and will attempt at some point in time before long. Pretty sure back adjustment is sear engagement. I've written T/C and asked for a break down on the trigger but not expecting much from them.

played with some shim stock yesterday to be sure and the adjustment on the rear is sear engagement. With it I did manage to get it below 3 lbs. I now have it at 2.9 lbs and will at some point take it apart and lighten the trigger spring. Had to clean all the gook off the adjustment and ran it in till it disengaged then backed off 1/8 turn. Played with it several times to get it right. Still one great feeling trigger but to heavy.
