Teeter Inversion Table

Re: Teeter Inversion Table

Inversion tables in general or the Teeter brand specifically?

I have one, not a Teeter brand. It works for me when my lower back locks up.

Re: Teeter Inversion Table

like the other poster said , I don't have any experiance with that brand but have used a home made unit several times , and it works well to take some stress off the lower back.

Re: Teeter Inversion Table

I just mentioned Teeter because it was a name that I am familiar with. But the advice for any brand would would be the same if you had one.

Re: Teeter Inversion Table

I talked to my chiropractor and he recommended one of these. It's made by yukon. This type of table takes the pressue off your ankles. It's also able to be used like a roman chair to strengthen your lower back. I got one of these three years ago and I haven't been back to the chiropractor since I started using it. I go on it about 2 minutes a day.

Re: Teeter Inversion Table

I am a Chiro and most all the tables good to go and really help. The only caution I give is, while hurt or locked up, don't go past 155-165 degrees, it can be counter productive depending on the typed of injury. Just to stretch when not in pain, 180 degrees is fine.

have fun hanging around
