Gunsmithing tempest in a mpa chassis and the bolt is not clearing the mag

I have a new gap tempest with a krieger barrel in 6.5x47 mounted in a mpa chassis. however the bolt comes in contact with the mag. i have 5 or 6 total mags, the accurate mags clear but rub the bolt, the aics do not clear at all. i have plenty of mags if i need to modify them but i have other bolt guns that use the same mag. How do you adjust for this?

Shorten the magazine catch.

OR use AW mags.
