1. Top Government Officials Plotted to Carry Out Terror Attacks Against U.S. Citizens

In 1962, the Joint Chiefs of Staff proposed executing false-flag terror attacks within the United States, against U.S. citizens, in an effort to gain public support for an invasion of Cuba. Their plan, codenamed Operation Northwoods, consisted of faking attacks on civilian jetliners, blowing-up U.S. cargo ships and assassinations.[1]

2. The U.S. Government has Actively Engaged in Toppling Democratic Governments

Despite the consistent narrative we’re given about the justification for endless wars being a “fight for democracy”, the United States government has a history ripe with destabilizing democratic governments around the world. Iran in 1953, Guatemala in 1954, Congo in 1960, Dominican Republic in 1961, South Vietnam in 1963, Brazil in 1964, Chile in 1973 and various others throughout the world.[2][3][4][5][6]

3. Federal Agents Routinely Detain and Search Citizens, Without Probable Cause

The Constitution of the United States is said to be the highest legal authority in the country. Within it, the Fourth Amendment explicitly forbids federal agents from executing searches and seizures without first obtaining a warrant, pending probable cause. Yet, the Border Patrol has established permanent checkpoints up to 100 miles inside U.S. borders to detain and search citizens at will. The supposed purpose of these checkpoints is to capture illegal immigrants, but in practice, these agents arrest U.S. citizens at a shockingly higher rate than non-citizens.[7]

4. For 40 Years, the Government Conducted Unethical Medical Experiments on Hundreds of Uninformed Citizens

In 1932, the U.S. Public Health Service wished to study the progression of untreated syphilis in black males. They gathered hundreds of black men from poor communities under the guise of receiving free healthcare, and when the subjects were discovered to be infected with syphilis, the researchers withheld this information so that they might continue to study the effects of the disease. This inhumane study lasted 40 years. Not only did a considerable number of the men die as a result of their untreated condition, but many of the men’s wives were subsequently infected, along with the children they bore.[8]

5. Law Enforcers Have No Legal Obligation to Protect You

Their motto is “Protect and Serve”, but is that actually in their job description? The rulings from Warren v. District of Columbia 1981, Lynch v. N.C. Department of Justice 1989, Castle Rock v. Gonzales 2005, and others like them, have explicitly spelled-out the legal precedent that law enforcers are under no obligation to protect citizens, only to enforce laws. One such ruling declaring, “Our law is that in the absence of a special relationship, such as exists when a victim is in custody or the police have promised to protect a particular person, law enforcement agencies and personnel have no duty to protect individuals from the criminal acts of others…”[9]

6. The Government is Contractually Obligated to Keep Prisons Full

Two-thirds of all private prisons maintain a minimum occupancy clause within their contracts with the government, obligating and incentivizing the State to produce more prisoners. If the State should fail to meet their minimum occupancy requirements (with quotas usually as high as 90%), the taxpayers bear the penalty.[10]

7. The Government Can Legally Imprison Citizens Without Trial or Evidence, Indefinitely

With the passing of the National Defense Authorization Act, the government has effectively granted itself the legal right to detain U.S. citizens, or anyone it wishes, for an indefinite amount of time, at unknown locations, without trial or evidence of any crime.[11]

8. 10,000 U.S. Citizens Killed – Poisoned by the Government’s Own Hand

In 1926, during prohibition, the government, in desperate attempt to curb the unfailing demand for alcohol, began poisoning alcoholic products known to be used by consumers. This deadly tactic resulted in the deaths of an estimated 10,000 citizens.[12]

9. The U.S. Military Slaughtered Hundreds of Thousands of Innocent Cambodians

In 1969, the government began a secret carpet-bombing campaign in Cambodia, killing an estimated 150,000 to 500,000 innocent civilians. Shortly after, U.S. forces invaded, sparking protests in America. One such protest, at Kent State University, resulted in the National Guard gunning-down six unarmed college students.[13]

10. Invasion of Vietnam on False Pretenses

The U.S. government’s involvement in the Vietnam war cost the lives of nearly 60,000 Americans and 2 million civilians, and it was based on a lie. The infamous Gulf of Tonkin incident was the catalyst that launched Congressional support for President Johnson’s “retaliation” against North Vietnam. But as it turns out, evidence was both withheld and manipulated to present the perception of a North Vietnamese act of war. Analysis of newly uncovered documents concluded that “some of the signals intercepted during the nights of 2 and 4 August were falsified to support the retaliatory attacks. Moreover, some intercepts were altered to show different receipt times, and other evidence was cherry picked to deliberately distort the truth.”[14][15]

Instead of questioning the motives of millionaires that become politicians, we should questions politicians who become millionaires.

The Forefathers knew this would happen day one so it no surprise we're just to inept to follow out the instructions they left us on that piece of animal skin.

Damn. You got that one out of the park.

federal officer was posted at a public exhibition about star gazing in a national park.

I asked him if it was necessary to have security here, half joking with him.

He replied he isn’t security. In which I replied ,” If you can offer security then you are of no use to me. Glad that I rely on myself for that. “

He did not find it humorous, nor did I.

To serve and protect indeed.
