I think it would, but I don't want to give you a definite answer. I've seen other people say they're interchangeable but I don't have any personal experience with it

You'd need to reach out to Joel I think. I'm pretty sure I've read that the quick change action can take regular full thread barrels, just need to be torqued like a regular action. Not sure about the regular action with a QC barrel.

I don't think it will work since the unthreaded portion on the barrel is a little wider than the threads themselves. If the action is full thread, the barrel will stop screwing in at the flat part where the set screws are supposed to tighten onto rather than against the shoulder (if that makes sense).

Makes complete sense. I wasn’t thinking that the unthreaded portion would be as wide or wider than the OD of the thread but it isn’t surprising I suppose
