He's not taliban (well, he might be pulling double duty...hard to tell with those guys) but that's an Afghan National Police Ford Ranger truck in the video. That's the only vehicle I've seen in a foreign country that I actually wish I owned - they are pretty BA trucks. And what's with Afghanistan and the little folk? I think I saw more little dudes in Afghanistan than I ever see here in the States...
