Suppressors texas rattler 308 suppressor

Re: texas rattler 308 suppressor

Thanks for pointing us to another maker. This one is new to me.

So....one can weighs 29oz and the other 16oz. Huge difference!

One can is made out of stainless steel and the other titanium.

One can is a monolith core, the other fully fashioned and welded baffles.

One is 10 inches long the other 9 inches

One is Full auto rated the other is not.

One does not talk about accuracy and POI shift, the other is famous for its performance in this area and speaks liberally about it.

To me? No comparison between the two...they are two very different cans with very different strengths and weaknesses.

Re: texas rattler 308 suppressor

I can't speak for certain, but I was shooting next to a gent with a suppressor that I think he said was made by Texas Rattler. After listening to my TBAC he was less than pleased with his.

Like I said, can't be 100% as it was a couple of months ago, but I do remember him saying that it was close in cost to a TBAC and a relatively new, small, company based in TX.
