I suggest that you lighten up, accept a certain measure of gallows humor and sarcasm, or prepare to be pummeled in print.
Yeah, another post that does not answer the question. Sorry about that, but worshiping at the tacticool altar of whatever the "big boys" happen to be using this month is truly worth little more than a passing glance. I have personally debated the legal ramifications of ammunition choice with a certain still-famous gun writer, and we both agree that the circumstances of application of lethal force, personal judgment of the reasonableness of fear for life or limb, and shot placement, are far, far more important that what ammunition is used.
"Wild Bill" Hickok defeated many an opponent with a 6-shot cap and ball revolver with an energy profile amazingly similar to a .380 Auto.
Think about that when you're agonizing over ammo choice. But remember the changes in the population since then too.
