Been lurking around the site for awhile and decided to become a signed in member. How could I not, you have a special section dedicated to me (Stupid Marksmanship Questions).
I live in the open AG country in Eastern WA. I am quite literally, a 5 min ride in a UTV to a 1000 yd range and 20 steps from my loading bench to a 250 yd range. In that respect I am very fortunate. I am recently retired and am looking at some of the things always claimed I'd look into when I got to this point in my life.
In reply to J.Boyette's post "For the new guys" What he says goes for "new" guys of any age. Brains are like a sponge, young guys brains are often able to absorb lots with little effort, us old guys got to squeeze some crap out before they can absorb new stuff.
I can for sure, take a good ribbing now and again, especially when I step right into the middle of a pile.
Thanks in advance for any help offered in the future
