He just sent me these pics so she's almost done. Anxiety is about to kill me. Already have the glass for it. Thanks Moon!

Thanks!! It's McMillan's Rhino camo. Had never seen it in person and had no idea what it would look like but took a chance anyway.

.338LM? I've got a M995 action that's itching to go into a McMillan stock.

It's gonna look so purdy when its done. Don't forget pics of the finished product, and a range report!

Personally, I'd looking forward to the 6.5x55mm instead.

That's what I'm feeling as well. I should have flipped those builds around. My reasoning at the time was that I have plenty of practical rifles. The 338 isn't practical but wth. 1500 yard hog gun.

You made a good choice. I always like it when the gutsy decisions come out well.

Re: Thanksgiving message from the Moon!

What McMillan stock is that? Looks like an A2 but I thought an A2 wasn't available with that checkpiece. Also, what bottom metal did you go with?

Is an A3-Adj with KMW h/w.

edt: Bottom metal is what Mcmillan had to go with M995s they build stocks for. They no longer provide the metal though and I only know 2 builders(Moon being one) that have 1 each of the bottoms and once they are out it's either a chassis for these or cut the metal out of the old stocks unless some turn up some where.
