That much better?

For those of you with 1st hand knowledge of a JP upper and a White Oak Armament upper, is quality and accuracy of the JP 2x better than a WOA?

I'm ready to buy a .204 upper and haven't decided which 1 to get.

Any first hand knowledge would be helpful, especially those who have owned both.
