The lockdown has been bad for banana vendors. Not that the production of the fruit has dipped, but banana vendors and wholesale dealers say that they have no space to store the bananas and hence are sending it back to the farms.
I cook but the bread is the woman's corner. And she does a damn good job. So it's one of those lines I steer clear of.
She's off work till Monday so....,.
I’d like to post a picture of a fresh nanner bread for you but this is what’s left a week old. I’ll probably eat this later tonight with cream cheese or peanut butter. Haven’t decided yet.

Those poor bananas were being stripped out of their skins and thrown into a bowl.
I started to protest but I was met with the "get out of the kitchen" look. The woman is on a mission.

Days into weeks of patience to get a wonderful loaf of nanner bread.
Poor Bastards never had a chance! And I honestly didn't know Bananas could scream.
You will have to wait until tomorrow for a picture. But I toasted a slice of the banana bread and put a layer of peanut butter on it. Back into the toaster oven to further warm the peanut butter.
