My theory is that that kind of societal breakdown would result in the powers that be calling on foreign military power (china) to enforce order.

Article this morning was on the increase in cardiac arrest problems with children under 18. The powers that be, alphabet, said that it's "mostly" from genetic defects. What they didn't say was that those genetic defects were from the jab. But I understand that they have a narrative to cover their ass.
How's that different than today? The rich already own the politicians.

If by this you mean Yugoslavia in the late 80's early 90's I agree with you. We see talks of that going on now. TX leaving the union, Eastern WA joining ID. People are already talking of mixing up the deck. If you look into what it takes for this to "legally happen" you know it will NEVER happen. I think this is why many people think second civil war, and I think that is highly likely. I really think this will not bend too much more before it snaps. Now it is clear they are soaking it in water to make it more "bendable" and trying to bend a little slower, but some want to really speed things up. This is the current battle "the other side" has on its hands.
I can see this country busting apart in the next 100 years easy. I have a feeling it will not end up like the former "states" of yugoslavia, but more like east and west berlin.
The only way to keep this country together now, personally I think we are long past rational talk to get this country as a hole off the edge of the cliff, is going to be the total destruction of one side or the other. And that will not depend on anyone no matter the side that calls the US their country, you have your head in the sand if you don't think there are other countries that know the natural wealth we are sitting on, and they clearly want a hunk of it, they are taking a hunk of it now. It will be like Syria, one side arming one side, and the other side arming the other. No strike that.....that is wrong.
It will be Rhodesia, in that conflict, you have the chinese funding one side, the russians funding another side ZANU and ZAPU. Pouring weapons training food, and winning of hearts and minds into their chosen faction. The last "faction" was Rhodesia herself. The "white" rulers of the country. No one supported them. But the entire planet supported one of the first two groups. I remember reading a story about a guy from New Zealand fighting there and finding food that had come from his home country in the camp of the people that just shot down an airliner.
That is what the US civil war will look like. And I do not doubt for one minute that our own country would nuke its own citizens that don't agree with what they want to do. I don't doubt it for a second.
The best we can hope for is for mother nature to hit DC with an asteroid - while somebody is giving a state of the union speech. That would be a great start. Nobody to blame while a whole bunch of corrupt assholes are gone in a flash. Is it too much to ask for maybe a handful of asteroids?
Because most billionaires don't own anything on paper. It belongs to their companies and they are "allowed" to use it by the company.
