A spy thriller that delivers a ton of twists and turns, with Aidan Quinn, Donald Sutherland, and Ben Kinsley.
Pretty good movie overall with tons of spy tradecraft, kind of a sleeper movie that takes a Naval Officer and turns him into Carlos the Jackal, all designed to find and kill or capture the famous terrorist.
Interesting movie since they demonstrate techniques purported to be used at the C.I.A's "farm" training facility, long before those techniques were leaked to the press in the year 2001.
Tough to find, but can be found on the "Free Movies" section on Comcast.
Supposedly also based on a true story, but one will never know for sure...
Plus some hotties get pounded, and that folk's, is always a good thing.
