every gun control measure Now has the opportunity to pass. by the time Biden is sworn in, and he will be, there will be no majority party in the senate to block any gun control outright. Everything lies in the hands of Angus King from Maine.

This is because Georgia will turn blue. I never in my life thought I would see it. The runoff election for their senate election will go team blue.

get ready. Shits about to get real.

the worst part of it all, the Supreme Court will turn back in favor of the progressive agenda. thomas and Bayer will both retire in the next 4 years, taking that 6-3 to 5-4 the other way.

bottom line, it doesn’t look good.

I don't ever see a time when the government will come door to door asking for your gun. They will probably just tax the hell out of everything, guns, ammo, and range's. Taxes will be paid to offset the cost of gun violence. Much the same way they did with tobacco. Lots of people will loose intrest because of the cost. The dems goal is not to stop guns, they don't really care, its to profit from them. They can stand on a podium and say they are doing something about gun violence while raking in the $$. We can hope for a generic brand H4350 and berger bullet.

My take on the time line.

Within a year the Dem's will get rid of JoJo, most likely by assassination with a semi automatic rifle, which will give Cameltoe exactly the fodder she needs to push through heavy gun control measures. Most will comply, those who dont will have to keep all their weapons hidden, maybe buried and wont be able to use them except in the most remote areas.

    The short of it....we're fucked.

Another way the gov will hit hard on shooters is by declaring open spaces closed for shooting. Or by giving good shooting areas back to the Indians. Obummer gave back a nearby shooting area, north of Reno to a reservation and now only they can decide who can shoot on their land. Guess who?
NOBODY! It was BLM land where many shooters went to just go target shooting out in the desert. Makes me wonder if indoor shooting ranges favor this too.

In Virginia, we've been fighting this for a while now, and have said repeatedly that it's coming to a state near you.
    Why?...
Because people continue to accept fraud in elections!
Now is the time to fight back against this problem!
All hope is not lost, I've been on this earth long enough to realize this.
Most think we have a real shot at keeping the Senate red.
I do not see Dems holding the majority in the Senate, and we are likely to take the House in the coming years.

Get ready for the long road ahead, guys...

Next year we are gonna take back Va!

They won’t hold the majority, but neither will the republican. There are 2 independen, 49 red and 49 blue. No majority party.

If they get enough votes in the senate, and pass anti gun laws, the pro-gun states will take it to court, and it will head to the Supreme Court. Same with an executive order.

To pack the Supreme Court, they have to rid the last filibuster which is simple majority for creating law. That is a huge double edged sword, and I’m not sure if they will be willing to do this. It will come back to haunt them later, and they know this.

Anyway, so it’s going to be a long and drawn out process. It will have to go through the states, and it will be challenged. A lot, just like this fraudulent election, rests on the shoulders of the Supreme Court.

I'm not convinced the Democrats will take the senate.

Alaska will be another Republican seat, I'm 99% sure. North Carolina will get seat #50. Then it does come down to GA.

Perdue has/had 49.8% of the vote the last time I checked. He needs .2% plus just enough to go over 50%, while Ossoff needs the entirety of the vote for Hazel to get the senate seat, and I don't see that working out for Ossoff. The Special Election is where it was a clusterfuck. There were a whole bunch of candidates, none of whom got a lot of traction except for Loeffler, Collins, and Warnock. I didn't know any of the names except the big three and I reckon folks just picked and chose out of hopes and dreams. Now people know their extraneous candidates aren't gonna happen, it'll come down between those three. Warnock only had 30-odd percent of the vote, but I expect he'll win out the special unless either Loeffler or Collins get the other's voting support to meet the 50%+.

But I hold that Perdue will still win. I think some of Hazel's voting base will shift red enough to give Perdue the seat the second time around.

(Edit: The reason I think ^ is because it's pretty much how my vote is going in the special election. Call it foolishness, call it stupidity, call it idealism, whatever, but I voted for a Libertarian candidate in the special election who in the end had no amount of votes worth speaking for. So the next time around, my vote's going to one of the major candidates over a matter of one or two issues rather than the whole package. I have to put an inner conflict aside and make a choice. I think it's going to be the same for Perdue. If people voted for Hazel over his pro-life stance, they aren't necessarily going to turn to Ossoff's pro-choice stance. If they voted for Hazel's objection to red-flag gun laws and other unconstitutional gun legislation, they aren't going to vote for Ossoff's gun control. There's going to be something that they'll have to make a choice on.)

Either way they would have to bring Reps to their side in order to pass gun-control...

But in the meantime during the challenge the law remains in effect. The damage will already be done........unless they wait till they own the court then again it doesn’t matter.

    Kamala Harris breaks the tie.
That's why we use the Filibuster to prevent anti-gun tyranny.
The truth is we live in a very divided country.
We have those who long to take away God-given rights, and those who choose to protect them...
In fact, the power/control that any party believes they hold is up to the people to decide.
In the same way, if we allow corruption to choose the outcome of elections, the United States has fallen already!
We! not Joe Biden, protect our rights, NEVER FORGET THAT!
