Personally it think this round is useless, for home defense, if it works as described in the article. It is designed to still be effective after penetrating Sheetrock? WTF is this the Biden bullet, effective when shot at random targets through doors?

didnt Winchester get in trouble for a "similar" principled projectile a while back? The Black talons and they were banned at the federal level (the black part only IIRC) and brought them back as "for L/E only" in traditional brass and copper finishes as the Ranger JTS ???
