Well I found out, it's a Thunder Beast Bipod. The reason I ask the question is the article has a Tikka Rimfire barreled action in the KRG Bravo chassis. Nice rig and quite accurate. The article claims the builder only has about $900 in the build. Huh a $2400 scope, $400 bipod, KRG Spigot $70, RRS mount $50 custom bolt handle . I guess magazine writers get so much stuff for gratis the can't add what it would cost for the average Joe to build a similar rig.
