I'm with Maggot, I don't know why they haven't forcibly removed her via the Sherriff or Constables. That's the whole point of an eviction notice, to notify of impending legal action. But then again, maybe the college is trying the "death by a thousand cuts" approach, you know, ask her a million times until she gets annoyed and leaves...
