Movie Theater The Mule

i have no idea what it is about from the trailer.... I saw nothing that would justify a trip to the theater.... unless the visual effects are stunning.... no reason to spend $20-$25 to go to the theater- part of the drawback to Dolby 7.1 at home and big TVs....

No crying babies too

Lol, fuggin-A! I'll download it.

Fucking Hollywood....turning WWII vets into drug facilitators......they ruin everything we hold dear.

"The Mule" is based on the true story of Leo Sharp, who was indeed a WWII vet and Bronze Star winner. It's not just Hollywood fantasy. Clint did an awesome job on the movie, and of course did a great job on the acting as well. He's a classic!

Finally available on Amazon so watched today. Definitely worth seeing and different but a little slow. Maybe that's a given though with Clint's age. He's looking pretty rough.

Kinda sucked IMO. Spoiler alert***

Really? He's that fucking old and stupid he doesn't realize he's trafficking drugs?

And the daughter's friend's boyfriend puts him in touch with the cartel? ?

They're going to put a 90yr old man in jail with all the shit he knew instead of dealing for information? And all the pounds of coke seized? They'd kill everybody that ever heard his name.

WTFE.

You’ll have to watch it to decide for YOURself. The ones that think it’s stupid...well really, we’re all usually stupid somewhere at sometime in our live’s (often for years at a stretch). The ones that have lived and seen enough (and that takes a long life usually to understand) will know exactly what this movies says, real as shit in the toilet, but there’s things that don’t just flush away....they mean more than you ever knew and it’s then....that’s when you KNOW it. What you thought mattered, but really didn’t when you look back, what you left behind or ignored so much. There are quite a few will think this is shit talk and just stupid. They haven’t lived and lost yet. Like trying to explain what you felt and what you lost when a buddy dies down range in your arms and what it is. Or seeing your wife slowly die from a disease that can’t be fixed....and you’re there....with her for it all... but then....maybe NOT. Same shit as in this movie, but that’s what it’s trying to show, the real deal. If you don’t get it, it’s ok, you’ll know later....then again maybe not. But, hey....I’m just talking shit....right?
