Never heard of one before now, interesting for $275 plus shipping. Impressed the 223 is a 1-9 and the 308 is a 1-10, interesting indeed.
The 223 would make a fair truck rifle for varmints if it shoots at all.

. i just happened along it on the savage website, they had 329.00 without scope. were did you find 275.00?

yeah, just looked and found it thanks. i'd like to find a better close up of that receiver, bolt handle and stock. those on gunbroker are actually better than on the savage website.

Guys on savageshooters.com are eagerly waiting on arrival to dealer shelves so they can break it down and do some measurements. Currently info suggests it being Savage's response to the value-line Remington 770 series.
