I don't think Trump moved him anywhere. I think Gaetz is trying to distance himself from Trump as far away as possible. He's a tad radioactive, now. There must have been something really nasty in that Congressional report. And, as long as Gaetz stayed in Congress, it was going to come out and he'd be questioned about it. So he left. The Dems still tried to release the report to embarrass him and keep him useless in the "political afterlife," as it were. A$$HOLES.

well, DeSantis should of appointed Gaetz as Senator, he could have helped counter the Bitch mitch. I guess Gaetz didn't kick up enough $$ to get the recommendation.

Abolishing the ATF before repealing the NFA would put the enforcement of that law in the hands of other federal agencies; such as the FBI which would probably be worse than the current ATF.

I'm not sure if Matt Hoover and Kristopher Ervin have appealed their cases. If so, let's see if the ATF reverses course so these two can win and get out of prison. That would be significant.

I think I'm going to go ahead and trust Mark on this one. After all he's a constitutional lawyer and has argued before SCOTUS quite often. I think he knows what's going on. How many other of the pundits can say they've argued before SCOTUS?

True but it's better than no information at all. What I do like is the fact that he does tell everything like it is. He won't sugar-coat anything and won't give us a bunch of hopium.

One thing that you might do if you don't have a lot of time to listen to someone like this is to go to settings and speed the video up. Sometimes, I'm able to speed it up to 2X and it's still understandable.

However, AS PREDICTED, don’t expect the DOJ/FBI silos to be anything except a hot mess. The appointed leaders have all the support needed, but the nominated heads generally do not seem to have any idea how to get their “arms around” the problems. The DOJ/FBI reform agenda is not likely to go anywhere.

Celebrate all the success in the areas where serious people are operating strategically. But be practical in looking for DOJ/FBI structural silo changes; that really is unlikely to happen. The Bondi/Patel partnership are the wrong leadership people for that type of change.

Who would you pick? Unless you’re balls deep into every state’s politics you won’t know, that’s why people pipe up and say whether they’re gtg or not. We could probably say Missouri’s AG would be good but then some would say he eats boogers and drinks kool-aid. The dude is extremely pro 2A and anti-Lib.
