I had a chance to zip the girls down to FL for Hannah's first trip to the beach so we loaded the gear and hit the road.

A few years ago they had a bad freeze that supposedly killed 80% of the snook in the Sarasota area. Well…………..They're back!
Every single fish we caught was 35-38". Honestly I just stopped taking photos after the 3rd one. Most people would only dream of catching a snook this
size but when you whack about 30 of them in one night it's a pretty epic event!

We absolutely crushed the snook that night. I've been fishing with Billy since he was 17 and this guy really knows where to find them.

Razor jaw! All other fish were collateral damage when I was growing up around boca grande and gasparilla. Congrats on some great fish.

Good to hear, I know it was epic. Hooked several like that through the years practicing for and during redfish tournaments, actually caught a few of the beasts on light line in very shallow water. Caught a bunch drifting through Sebastian inlet also, I sure do miss living down the street from the coast and fishing all over the southeast, plan on getting back to it soon. They're fun anyway you can get them, definitely on the very short list of my favorite game to sight fish for. Congratulations man, that's one hell of a snook trip.

Beware any man who has a grill on his boat…. prove this snook was outside the slot!

We have some pretty nice snook on the East Coast.

Lawry's and Squeeze Parkay. Few people leave a boat without a full stomach.

Nice fish, OP.
