The sweethearts at ATF have a offered a real sweetheart deal for that special ex sweetheart this Valentine's

Had this happen to one guy on my crew. The State Police had his house torn apart because the ex called in he had a gun after seeing his truck on the road.
Buddy of mine broke up with his fat gf and told her to come get her stuff out of his house. She called APD and said he threatened her with a gun.

They raided his house, confiscated everything in his safe and arrested him wearing only shorts and flip flops, him not the cops, they were all kitted up and had him face down on the floor. Once in his safe one hot head screamed at him, "Nobody needs that many guns!"

It took him over a year and lots of attorney fees to get his gun collection back, a few at a time.

eta - She tried to get back together which included going down to APD and telling them she made up the story. They didn't believe her, especially when it meant they would have to give him his guns back posthaste. Cops and burglars don't like giving gun owners their guns back.

Once again showing why Women are the downfall of modern civilization.

The government is essentially saying, if you are upset at some man, call us to make a false allegation and we'll go kill them or beat them up for you.

You know plenty of women are happy to do stuff like that.
need mens' rights groups to be honest.

I would complain with another agency or the DA about false reporting. Also if the Police had knowledge of it and didn't act, then I would contact a lawyer and have him contact them for me.

Little to nothing can be done against the police. The real question is if she was held responsible for filing a false report? If there are no repercussions for making false accusations the situation is only bound to get worse

Women usually are given a free pass by the corrupt, evil, biased court system when it's proven they lied, no matter how much damage they caused.
It's very rare they get even a slap on the wrist.

Playing the vengeful spouse and ex card has always paid off big for ATF.

'Does he own any guns? Are your sure??'

ATF got a bunch of Twitter responses reporting Hunter Biden. That kind of brought a smile to my face on a Monday.

I remember that one too. He's the same guy.

"(ATF agent James) Burk was charged by the Warren County Sheriff's Office for stealing more than $200 in wine from the Landen Kroger."

"Get on the ground!"
"No!"
"Bzzzzt"
