Police never ever do anything bad , and if they do it’s very isolated incidents and a very small number. Unless it’s a large city then I’ve learned from members here that everyone in a big city is a rotten criminal piece of shit so the local police treat them that way , or if it’s in a small town it’s also okay to treat the populace like shit and lower then cattle .
Byrd had to shoot the unarmed white woman , he didn’t have time to beat and rape her he had to get back to writing citations- being a top earner is what kept him on the force regardless of leaving g his service weapon in insecure public areas - his domestic abuse charges and his inability to personally own fire arms . Of course it was perfectly acceptable for him to commit murder with the department issue firearm he carried daily and lost often ; cause reasons and hard job and such .

It was over 4 years ago, the shooter has been "cleared", the lawsuit has been settled, the Babbitt family will take their $5M and walk away from it.
The family has yet to settle the second lawsuit for Ashli Babbitt mother being arrested for holding a sign asking for justice .
They definitely had time to go rough up and arrest an old lady for engaging in constitutionally protected activities. What else were they gonna do - follow leads on cold murder cases ?

She wasn't an individual. She was the first body of a horde that broke down a barricaded door with a cop on the other side pointing a gun saying do not enter. She was the first one to breach the hole and the first to catch a bullet. It's a fucking shame what happened. I wish she didn't hop through that window. I think everyone was caught up in the fervor.
What pisses me off is how quickly the police were there to help her. They had to have been right there... letting this escalate... letting this stew until someone got hurt. It's the cops that did nothing when people were breaching the door that are to blame for this.

Its almost like you are ignoring the fact that DOZENS of armed police were escorting these people through the halls. In fact, there were half a dozen officers in full TAC gear standing directly behind ashli when she was shit. They are lucky they didn't get hit.
This was an unarmed protest. You can debate whether they should have been there but its clear as day from dozens of CCTV that LE and guards were just walking around and in some instances opening and unlocking doors for people.
No one else shot. No other of the few dozen LE who were IN the crowd though deadly force was needed much less drew their weapons. The crowd was not attacking LE (unless you consider the undercover agents trying to agitate/start a false flag op) inside.
That piece of shit was the only one who fired, and he did so against an unarmed white woman who clearly was not a deadly threat. He plain as day murdered her. Before you get too far, I am not exonerating the shooter.
But, the first video clearly shows the uniformed bobbleheads against the far wall opposite the shooter retreating from the barricaded doors and they are well out of view and well away from the direction of fire by the time Ashli climbed in the window and got shot ... about 25 seconds into the video
There is one Lurch in a suit hanging back reassuring the bobbleheads they did a good job and he's either hunched out of view or started down the stairs about the time Ashli perches in the window about 33 seconds into the video.
The only thing in the shooter's line of fire is Ashli, the wall and whatever is on the other side of the wall about 35 seconds in.
I don't see where there are any uniformed anything in plain sight or in the line of fire. Just a lot of MAGA caps and beanies and masks.
It's possible the dumbass on the other side of the glass who didn't leave when he should have succumbed to some kind of panic thinking he'd been abandoned and the zombies were going to eat his brain. She breached a barricaded entry alone, unarmed and unarmored with known armed hostiles on the other side. These aren't the tactics (I hope) our military teaches. It's the kind of tactic taught to suicide bombers.

31 second mark, top two videos one guy next to her is pulling the frame that held the glass away from the window, another guy is standing off to the side

The biggest question is was there warning given. Did they yell out they are going to shoot anyone who comes through? Based on use of force from the rest of the LE present, would a reasonable person expect to get shot there.
I can understand the guards drawing a line in the sand and declaring to everyone if you breach this door or continue you will be shot. But I don't think anyone ever clarified that or any evidence that supports it.
If she was warned that to continue she would be shot and she still did, then yes she FAFO. If she was just continuing what everyone else was doing with no resistance from LE who almost encouraged them to a degree, then obviously a really bad shoot.

I doubt it, I haven't tried to listen for it in all the videos. Even if he was shouting there's no way everyone would have heard him and absolutely no way Ashli heard it with her head covered in a hoodie and in the heat of it all.
I can't tell if Lurch and the bobbleheads gave any such warning before they retreated but they shouldn't have left a live Barney behind on the other side of the barricade before they retreated. Their retreat was tantamount to permission for the crowd to continue the assault.
I totally believe, without specific evidence, there were bad actors both uniformed and undercover who facilitated the violence.,, not just abandoned their post. They should all be accountable.
