Rifle Scopes The wait for my AMG is finally over!!!

Its a BAT Machine action, Barlein barrel in 6x47 Lapua, Mcmillan A5, PTG bottom metal, Calvin Elite trigger, Vortex AMG in MRAD with Vortex rings. I love the way it came out. My buddy did the build and I did the Cerakote work. Range day on Sunday I can't wait.

As a goof I checked the weight last night. Even with the light scope and barrel still came in at 15lbs. No matter not Im running and gunning with her. Loading some ammo now to test it out tomorrow.

So I finally got out to the range today. Almost no wind perfect conditions. I used 107 SMK, 4350, Lapua cases. Loads from 37.5-38.4 around 3167 fps. I shot 2 targets from each load 3 shot groups. No cherry picking these are all the targets. None over 1/2 MOA pretty damn good. Loved the new glass only complaint is I always want more power. Very clear, excellent clicks, no tunneling, overall another excellent scope. I didn't hold it side by side to my Gen 2 but I doubt there is much difference between the two.

Truth be told, I feel like I've had less issues behind my AMG than I did with my Gen 2, which seems wrong. Had no problems getting behind the Kahles either - but they were all on different platforms. I honestly don't think you can go wrong with any of them, it's just a matter of which one has the features you want.

What I can say is none of them compared to the Spotter 60 I looked through earlier that day. I've never seen greens so green...
