There is no serial killer , everything is normal

I guess we were worried about nothing- so far in fiscal year 2025 the city expects to issue $16.4 million in traffic ticket revenue and is expected to bring in almost 10% of the city’s budget with tickets and fines . So everything is well in hand

It’s on page 39 in this PDF .

City budget over flowing with traffic revenue and 38 dead bodies in one lake in just over a year is no evidence of a serial killer or killers

Surprise! The killers are probably cops. j/k - Maybe
The bigger joke is - 38 bodies still no evidence of a killer .

I went there once in 2016 and at that time there were thousands of homeless people roaming the streets aggressively panhandling (walking up and touching people) nodding out or coming down. All kinds of people sleeping under bridges or in any wooded area. Wouldn’t surprise me a bit if most of the bodies were od’s or bums drunk out of their minds falling into the river.

It’s a super high concentration of the type of people who end up dead in public places, right next to a body of water.

Well Ann Arbor MI has a huge homeless and drug addicted population- and a huge river running through it . And a quick Google-fu has one homeless death this year so far . And one murdered a few years back .

But bars and slippery streets and junkies must be it cuz the “authorities “ said - “ain’t no killa’ mind your all’s business”

I know Austin passed a bunch of Pro-Homeless ordinances a few years ago.. but 38 seems like an awful lots of deaths.

Maybe a local "artist" made a painted path down to the waters edge. What colors are druggies attracted to? Bonus points if it's rainbow colors.
