Here the banks get to choose, not the government. And when my previous bank chose to prohibit me from carrying I chose to take over a 1/4 mil in assets to another bank that doesn't.

NYC runs the whole thing, at least that's the impression. I have family in upstate NY and it's a different world from the city, just like every rural area but with dumbass laws.

I live in VA and carry my gun into my local bank. They don't even have a no guns sign, which I would ignore.

If you are doing it right no one will ever know you are carrying, unless banks all of a sudden incorporated metal detectors. I carry everywhere I do not have to walk through one of those.
