Take a look at http://idleback.us/. It's almost an exact copy of the Snipers Hide template. Are they a vendor/partner or did they just outright "borrow" the design???

Its a fairly standard default template/theme including colors and layout.
I know of another site that had it before SH had it but that is what happens when templates are used.

Look at the bottom of the page, it's a theme you can buy. It looks like idleback's web guy stuck his name on there instead of crediting the actual designers though...
